Donald Glover is a wildly successful actor. Childish Gambino, his rap pseudonym, is gaining respect for his unique style.
"Centipede" starts off by an a capella version of the hook, showing Gambino's talent as a singer. After the hook 'bino jumps right into an aggressive verse that is catchy right from the start, right? YUP!
Rap Genius claims that the title of "centipede" refers to the way that male centipede's touch antennae and the male follows the female around. This would not be surprising because Gambino has proven time and again that he is unique and different.
This song is a good break from the norm, with a great beat.
